Exchange Policy for Dree Bed 🔄

We want you to love your new purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy exchange process so you can find the perfect product. Here's how our exchange policy works:

Eligibility for Exchanges ✅

You have 7 days 📅 from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging 📦.
Some products like bedding, mattresses, and custom orders may not be eligible for exchange. Please check the product details for any exceptions.

How to Request an Exchange 🔄

Contact Us 📧: Reach out to our customer service team at [email address or phone number] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange request.
Return Authorization 📝: If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for returning the item.
Send the Item Back 🚚: Once you have the RA, return the item to us using a trackable shipping service 📦.

Exchanging for Another Item 🛏️

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you can exchange it for another product of equal value or higher value (you’ll pay the difference if upgrading).
If the replacement item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice for the difference 💵.

Exchange Process 🌀

We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
If the replacement item is in stock, we’ll ship it to you right away 🚚. If it’s out of stock, we’ll notify you and discuss alternative options.
Shipping costs for the exchange item will be covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
